The nds32_intrinsic.h header, being installed for users to use, should have the libgcc license exception.
You shouldn't need the separate t-mlibs-* files for each default endianness. Just list both options in MULTILIB_OPTIONS, then define MULTILIB_DEFAULTS appropriately depending on the default endianness. -- Joseph S. Myers jos...@codesourcery.com
