Diego -

The attached patch corrects the fact that we were not picking up the
GRTE-specific spec files in our non-x86 GCC builds, and incidentially
simplifies the logic for these spec files since they do not appear to
be changing from one GRTE version to another.

* gcc/configs/linux-grtev2.h: Removed file.
* gcc/configs/linux-grtev3.h: Renamed to...
* gcc/configs/linux-grte.h: ...this, and comment updated.
* gcc/configs/arm/linux-grtev2.h: Renamed to...
* gcc/configs/arm/linux-grte.h: ...this, and comment updated.
* gcc/configs/rs6000/linux-grtev2.h: Renamed to...
* gcc/configs/rs6000/linux-grte.h: ...this, and comment updated.

* gcc/config.gcc: Updated for file changes. Now look for any *-grte*
targets rather than specific versions. Remove (obsolete, redundant,
and no-longer-triggering) checks for sysroot paths.

Ok to commit to google/gcc-integration and then merge to
google/gcc-main and google/gcc-4_8?

Thanks,
- Brooks
