When I fixed 60375, I noticed that we were giving the error multiple times. We already have a mechanism for avoiding repeated diagnostics for ambiguous lookup; this patch uses that mechanism for the lambda error as well.

Tested x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, applying to trunk.
