The following patch fixes a GCC testsuite test failure on aarch64
after committing the 1st patch for PR60969.

  The patch was bootstrapped and tested on x86/x86-64.

  Committed as rev. 210825 for gcc-4.9 branch and rev. 210824 for trunk.
