[PATCH 14/40] gccrs: parse: Remove unused gating_errors field and accessor

This vector was previously used by the parser but this is no longer the
case.

gcc/rust/ChangeLog:

        * parse/rust-parse.h: Remove field and associated method for
        retrieving the errors.

Tested on x86_64-pc-linux-gnu.
