May I suggest then to augment the documentation a bit copying
from the paragraph above?
run_acats has this comment at the top:
# Set up environment to use the Ada compiler from the object tree
And sourcebuild.texi:
"These tests are run using the build tree: they can be run without doing
a @code{make install}."
I see now that they are correct, but perhaps slightly misleading?
