There exists a CGEN/SID/GCC port where cgen rtl instructions are
automagically turned into suitable gcc builtins. This port has some
other unusual capabilities (arbitrary relocation expressions for
evaluation at link time, rich parallelism, VLIW), but might not end up
in mainline.
