I built a native compiler with the patch. I The ssp include files ended up in $prefix/lib/include/ssp. There are no other files in $prefix/lib/include. The C++ header files are in $prefix/include/c++, and <stddef.h> and friends are in $prefix/lib/gcc/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/4.1.0/include. So, I don't think $toolexeclibdir is what we want.
