$ rpmquery -f /usr/bin/fastjar
libgcj-4.1.0-0.23

so I suppose at least for me, fatsjar is still in gcc-4.1.0...


Correct. It was removed on the trunk after gcc-4.1 branched. Since it appears to in /usr/bin, make sure that is in the path when configuring/building the trunk.
