I believe that changing in GCC MELT's gcc/Makefile.in near line 5070 ## the raw CFLAGS for MELT MELT_RAW_CFLAGS= @CFLAGS@ $(X_CFLAGS) $(CFLAGS) $(XCFLAGS) $(INTERNAL_CFLAGS) @DEFS@ to ## the raw CFLAGS for MELT MELT_RAW_CFLAGS= $(PLUGINCFLAGS) $(X_CFLAGS) $(CFLAGS) $(XCFLAGS) $(INTERNAL_CFLAGS) @DEFS@ could resolve the bug.
