I've changed the variable name to RO_SHAREDLIBS instead and documented
this and several other things in the PortingTools.html file. I think
it would be a good thing if we would continue to use RO_ prefixed
public variables for the Porting Tools and AB_ prefixed ones for the
Autobuilder ones.
