It works fine on my debian 'testing' system. I can write #include <complex> and run gccxml with g++-4.3 specified as the compiler. I can confirm from preprocessing output that it's getting /usr/include/c++/4.3/cmath and including math.h from line 51. Please try the same simplified test case. If it fails, please send me the output of running with the --debug option.
