Hi,

The Gnome Chemistry Utils 0.7.5 have been released.
This is an unstable version and it might be unreliable. It might even
not compile (if this happens, please tell).
It can be installed in parallel with a stable release.

News are:

Periodic table:
* add a widget to control family color scheme (Jordan Mantha).
Library:
* add a new DialogOwner class and make the Application and
Document classes derive from it.
Other:
* add or update API and applications documentation.
* fixed various issues in both the library and the applications.

This is the last development release in the 0.7 series. Next release
will be 0.7.90 aka 0.8.0beta1 within a couple of weeks or even less.

There is one issue for which I have not the appropriate skills: the lack
of icons for the programs (except Gnome Crystal), see
https://savannah.nongnu.org/bugs/index.php?18443.

Sources ar available at the usual place:
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/gchemutils/gnome-chemistry-utils.0.7.5.tar.bz2
http://download.savannah.nongnu.org/releases/gchemutils/gnome-chemistry-utils.0.7.5.tar.gz

To compile them you'll need bodr-5 (which is now required) and
Openbabel-2.1.0 (at least a beta version of it).

Best regards,
Jean
