* src/gnu/gcjwebplugin/AppletTag.java:
Added new screen size field.
(AppletTag): Fixed parsing of parameters. Added handling for
'classid'.
(parseParams): Likewise.
(getSize): Fixed to handle percentages.
* src/gnu/gcjwebplugin/PluginAppletWindow.java
(setHandle): Should not set the size of the window. The
width/height parameters are ignored for the plugin.
