[Gcstar-commits] Installing on M$ Windows

Peace upon you all ... I want to install GCstar on M$ Windows, so i've downloaded this files : GCstar_0.4_Setup.exe ActivePerl-5.6.1.638-MSWin32-x86.msi ALL-Gtk2-Perl-20050208.tgz (i couldn't understand the benefit of this file, so i couldn't know where i must put in :-P ) but when i tried to lunch the program from the "gcstar.bat" but nothing happen so is the installing process is correct ?
