and Matthew mentioned some more on IRC that appear from time to time.
I don't think `INSTALL` should be tracked, and also the `config.h.in~`
or something is missing from `.gitignore`. Also, `doc/geany.html`
shouldn't be tracked, but I guess this one is on purpose, for people who
build from Git but can't install `python-docutils` for whatever reason.
