Right now you can set up keybinding which is opening and dialog where you can insert the tag you like to add around the selection. Of course there is some room to imporve but this is a start :) Currently its only available inside svn version of geany-plugins combined plugins project, but with upcoming 0.19 release in near future it will be also part of official release.
