I'm afraid this is not possible at the moment in terms of not
implemented. If there is some need for, patches are welcome ;)

I'm not sure what your request is about, but you can hide the sidebar
as well as the bar on button of Geany. This should give you a way
bigger room for source code. Also you might could show only small icons
without text inside toolbar which might could save some more space.
