Hi All, I am new to Gears and i have small task to develop using Google gears. I want to fetch latitude/longitude corresponding to a Mac address using gears apis. As per my understanding Gears Geolocation apis scan current user system and then returns it's best position. Internally it uses Geolocation Network protocol http://code.google.com/apis/gears/geolocation_network_protocol.html to fetch the data.
So my question is is there any way i can provide Mac address to Network protocol and it can return me last seen latitude/longitude of that mac. I have spent whole day on searching it but couldn't find answer so please help me. Thanks a lot. Mahesh.
