A user working in my company is using windows xp pro SP2, IE 6 and he's is having issues installing Google gears.
He gets the following error message: "Installer download failed. Error code = 0x80072efe " the installer stays stuck at the "Initializing" stage. We've made sure the firewall is not blocking connections , and we've actually allowed googleupdate.exe through the firewall. Any ideas? Thanks
