The easiest way to achieve what you're after would probably be the
following:
import geb.Configuration
def configuration = new Configuration(
driver: {
ChromeOptions o = new ChromeOptions()
o.addArguments('headless')
new ChromeDriver(o)
}
)
Browser.drive(configuration) {
....
}
