Hi again! It looks like the question is valid. I found the case where MyCustomNavigator is not used. But it looks like the key point is not in the selector, but in the fact that elements from Modules do not use it. Please see the attached screenshot. The test failed due to StaleElementReferenceException. MyCustomNavigator has a workaround for it. But as per the exception the element does not use it.
