I can't find any information on this. I guess I am looking in the wrong
places. The only two alarms I could find for system were invalid license
and no rescue config. The alarm I got kind of sounds like no recuse config,
but I saved mine and the light didn't go off. Any help would be
appreciated. Just as a side not, I upgraded the web server to module-mode,
and it is definitely much faster. I don't like using it, but when I have to
it is not painfully slow anymore. Thanks

Thanks spuluka, but that was the first thing I tried, from the CLI first
and then from the J-Web interface. My rescue config saved successfully both
times, but the light is still there and the alarm is still there when I do
'show system alarms'. I can view my rescue config with 'show configuration
rescue'.

Hey all, I have a PA-220 that has the Alarm LED lit. The cause was that
someone tried to insert a power supply from a PA-200 into the PA-220.
Thinking that what happened is that a brief short was created which
triggered the alarm. All other LEDs are good. Anyone know a way to turn off
the Alarm LED or clear it from the CLI or GUI? Thought maybe there was a
debug or clear command but can't find one.

Every alarm site (residential and business) in San Francisco is required to
have an alarm license. San Francisco Police Emergency Alarm Ordinance
defines a false alarm as an alarm dispatch request to a law enforcement
agency, when the responding law enforcement officer finds no evidence of a
criminal offense or attempted criminal offense after having completed a
timely investigation of the alarm site.

If you have an alarm monitoring service, they will register the alarm
license for you. If you do not have an alarm monitoring service, you must
complete and return the Alarm License / Renewal Application within five (5)
days after the alarm system is installed.

If you received a Notice of False Alarm Penalty, you may contest the fee or
penalty by filing an Appeal of Alarm Fee Assessment, Penalty, or License
Revocation. All requests must be submitted within 15 days after the date of
notification. In the case of false alarm penalties, the notification is the
"invoice date" provided on the Notice of False Alarm Penalty form. Submit
the completed form along with the full amount of any penalty imposed, plus
any accrued interest and costs. The penalty will be refunded if the appeal
is granted.

The ChefAlarm professional oven thermometer has been Rated #1 by a leading
Cook's Magazine. Designed for commercial use, ChefAlarm delivers features
not found in "houseware" cooking alarms. Continuous Min/Max display tells
you how hot (or cold) your food got when you weren't looking. A "High
Alarm" sounds when your food reaches your setting, and a first-of-its-kind
"Low Alarm" is perfect for making yogurt and other cold dishes. Adjustable
alarm volume can be heard in a noisy restaurant kitchen.

ChefAlarm is designed to track temperatures over an extended period of time
with moderate-heat cooking methods such as smoking, oven-roasting,
deep-frying, homebrewing, and Sous Vide and to be used while grilling.
ChefAlarm is *not* meant to be used in place of a digital instant-read
thermometer, such as a Thermapen ONE or a ThermoPop, or used with broiling.

The main temperature digits are big and easy-to-see from a distance. Touch
the backlight button to read the display in the dark. New from the factory,
ChefAlarm reads within 2F so you should never need a calibration adjustment
but the CAL feature can be used for fine-tuning your accuracy to better
than 1F. Fold ChefAlarm flat and use the magnetic back on a metal surface
or tilt the display up and use it on a counter. Only ThermoWorks offers the
new Pro-Series Temperature Probes. Built for robust commercial use, they
are more accurate, faster and more moisture-resistant than any other alarm
probes. ChefAlarm comes with one Pro-Series High Temp Cooking Probe that
measures to 572F with a cable that withstands 700F short term exposure.
Coupled with a molded transition to the Stainless Steel tube, this probe
survives commercial cooking use longer than consumer probes. Replacements
are still affordable. Every kitchen should have at least one ChefAlarm.

"The ThermoWorks thermometers are superior to anything else out there....
In pastry and baking, we need quality instruments. We cannot use something
that will not ensure that our recipe will work out. Before ThermoWorks our
life was shaky...."

*Count-Down/Count-Up Timer*
Not rocket science, but very handy. Set ChefAlarm to alarm when time is up.
It counts elapsed time after the alarm sounds. Or, use it to time an event,
just as you would a stop-watch. Settable in increments of minutes and hours.

An IP rating, also known as "International Protection" or "Ingress
Protection" rating, is a value assigned to a product that determines its
susceptibility to ingress from solids and liquids. The first numeric digit
relates to the level of protection against solid objects, and the second
numeric digit indicates the level of protection against liquid ingress.
