More shortcuts seem to be affected, e.g., Ctrl-A starts the Open
dialog (as does Ctrl-O).

Het wordt nog vreemder met bovenstaande casus.
Windows XP , NL OOo 3.0 -> Ctrl+S opent het dialoogvenster "Opslaan
als...."
(net als Ctrl+Shift+S)
Ctrl+A doet wat hij moet doen -> alles selecteren
