*Cool* is an understatement for this particular basement in late September
:) I was cold! (Ok..I was coming from FL)
If I remember correctly 55-65F was the usual average discussed along with
quite high, +80%, humidity with good ventilation.

55-70 F. I observed around a dozen juveniles of various stages of growth
(newborn - about half-grown) in a private collection of a very successful
German gecko keeper. The temperatures were at the lower end of the above
mentioned range. I needed a jacket in his basement. He also kept some
species of Cham.'s down there as well. Everything was very cool and moist,
and everything was healthy and thriving.
