When it does not lay eggs for quite some time after you can see them
visibly in the gravid female. I would go to a vet sooner rather than
later. If you catch it early enough the eggs are much easier to get out.
If you wait too long then the eggs harden up and infect the gecko's
insides. Yes, this happened to me! :(
