[Gecko] Question re Panacur Medicine

Has anyone used this medication for their geckos?   My vet prescribed it for
our three geckos to clear up their pin worms.   Gave the first dose on
Saturday to each.   Since then, they don't have an appetite.

The medicine is only to be given once a week and the dosage was small --
don't laugh -- I've never been good at reading a syringe -- we are giving
them only the first three small lines.

Is it normal for their appetite to disappear?
