Is there any chance that she fell and sustained internal injuries?
I had a female standingi slip while shedding and break her lower back.
She lived for two years more with hand feeding, could use her back legs
much though. This would be obvious but I'm wondering if she could
have injuries that aren't apparent. If she survives, get a fecal done
just to be sure its not parasite stress. These geckos can live a long time,
so it may not be "old age" yet.

Best of luck,
Neil
