They may well be. Brien Viets, co-author (with Phillippe de Vosjoli et al)
of The Leopard Gecko Manual, puts the "lethal minimum constant incubation
temperature" for leos at "just below 24" degrees C (75 degrees F) and the
lethal max constant at "just above 35" degrees C (95 degrees F).
Also by his account, incubation takes 107 days at 75 degrees F, and it would
take even longer below that temp... if, indeed, the eggs somehow remained
viable. Have you candled them? If so, can you see signs of development?
