I'm just curious about the genes and how it all works.  We are thinking of getting a Het (what exactly is this?) albino X jungle and a het albino X high-yellow... the breeder I am talking with let me know, in case I didn't, that they will look pretty normal.  Now I'm wondering how this all works out... I have sent an email to the breeder, but don't want to put it on her to have to explain all this stuff to me.  I also don't want to get in over my head either.. this stuff can really get me boggled.  I understand that the albino gene is recessive, and will show in the offspring... but will it show in ALL of them, or only if I breed to another with the albino gene?

Is there a website with a break down of things anywhere out there?  I've come across websites with info on breeding, but nothing that goes in to too much depth.   Or is there someone who has time to answer some questions?  And maybe pass along some info to questions I have yet to think up?
