... what should I incubate them in, and how

I use a Little Giant incubator, about $40, but you can even 'incubate' them
in an area that stays consistently warm, in the 80's. I used to use a deli
cup half filled with damp vermiculite, and put the eggs on milkcaps on top
of the vermiculite.

If you don't have an incubator, you can make one using and aquarium and
water heater, keeping the eggs on something above the water, but I've never
tried that.

The hardest part about incubating without an incubator is maintaining the
humidity, if it's too low, you'll get a lot of 'dead in shell' [they can't
hatch out]. I kept my humidity at about 80%.
