Just a note regarding Moloch horridus (Australian Thorny Devil; Agamidae)
Mark, I believe that possession of this animal is extremely illegal and
punishment can be around 10-20 years in prison. These lizards are protected by
the Australian government. In addition the only eat a couple of certain
species of ants that are also found only in the central Australian desert. If you
know someone that has these lizards be careful and don't get caught.
