Elizabeth-

I've always kept my leos temps at at least 85F during the day, trying to keep
it at a good 88 if I can, I don't really see any reason to drop the temps
lower than the norm since it is battling parasites and trying to gain weight.
I use heat lamps, and I simply turn them all off when I go to bed, and the
temps do not get any lower than 78F during the night. Then I immediately turn
the lights back on when I wake up.

And on protecting the rest of your geckos, I simply keep a bottle of Purell
Hand Sanitizer next to all the tanks, and make sure I clean my hands anytime I
go from one tank to another, even if it's just taking the water dish out to
refill it. Pinworms aren't air-borne, so there shouldn't be much risk by just
having the tanks in the same room or next to each other. And also on a side
note, make sure you don't take left over food in River's tank and toss it into
another tank!

Best of luck!
