sells deli cups, and they ship 'em to Canada. Other than that, I know grocery stores will sell 'em in bulk, just gotta talk to a nice employee there. :)

As mentioned, the "salad bar" section of most larger grocery stores are
usually agreeable to selling you a "sleeve" or two of the deli cups... be
aware most time the cups and lids are seperate.
