If you refrigerate the supplements they will last longer. Each company puts an expiration date on the container so you know when they expire. If the expiration date has past, obviously, they should not be fed to your geckos because over time they will degrade into different chemical compounds. At that point they may be dangerous to feed to your animals. I personally use tri-cal calcium supplement and herpetivite. I´ve not had any bad reactions using them and have great breeding success as well as healthy animals.

Hi Dana,

I may be wrong, but I seem to remember that most Herpnutrition products
have 3-4 month shelf life. It might be worth checking if you're using
products from last year.

I'm also using the T-Rex ICB for a wide range of geckos. I add some
Miner-all I once or twice per week.
