Questions:
#. Is there a way to post relaxable constraints and set priority on them?
What first comes in to my mind is that;
first run your project, lets say with all constraint,
after search comes to an end you see solution == null, restart it with a
flag to drop some constraints. this continues one after another and you
specify the priorities.
