This kind of thing is becoming very common.  Some ISP's are 
blocking mail from gnu.org.  

Lots of them block mail from "dynamic IP's", meaning anything 
with dynamic IP's in the neighborhood, whether this one is 
dynamic or not.  The recommended (?) method for dealing with 
this is to pass your mail through an approved relay, for 
laundering and content filtering.

Then they screen your mail for content, blocking content they 
don't like.
