Personally I see no problem with job solicitations related to your
company here, although others may have a different opinion.
Commerical spam, however, is always no-no.

I'd favor a policy like that used at SI-LIST.  On SI-LIST if you work
for a company, then it's OK to post about open jobs at your
company. Headhunters are discouraged, but not outright
banned.   Thoughts from others?
