sure .... in the same sense that DOS software runs on windoze. The NGspice developers have never shown any interest in gEDA, at least not in public. If we want gEDA to be more than just schematic and board layout, we need to consider having more tools work together, in a way that fully realizes the best of them all. Working with gnucap only in the backward compatibility mode doesn't do that.
