Hi Scott, It appears that you are trying to install GSpiceUI as part of gEDA.
GSpiceUI has not been integrated into the gEDA installation process, it must be compiled and installed on its own. If you go to the GSpiceUI root directory you will find a file called INSTALL which contains the installation instructions. Regards Mike W.
