I just tested this fix and yes it also works for me as well. I
tested the fix with both notangle_guile and notangle. I wasn't seeing this
because is notangle (i.e. I have noweb proper installed).

The @'s were required at one point to make notangle (noweb
proper) happy. The breakage that you found was due to the notangle_guile
which is shipped with libgeda/gschem. The @'s are no longer required
since the offending line was split into to parts.
