Ok.  The CGI is in the scripts directory if you want to play with it
and mail me a patch.  It's pretty naive (i.e. trivial).

The symbol and footprint handlers (the programs that convert symbols
and footprints into web pages) will present those attributes if they
exist, but if they don't exist, they're just not listed on the web
page.

There's no easy way to know which attributes should be listed, unless
it specifically scans for unattached text, eliminates anything that's
in the standard, and print whatever remains that looks like an
attribute.  Is it worth the effort?
