I'm looking into using an ATMega2560 for an upcoming project. Does anyone have
a TQFP-100 footprint available?
There is a TQFP100_14 in the ~geda library which ships with pcb. There
is a preview at:
http://www.gedasymbols.org/footprints/m4lib/TQFP100_14.fp
note that specifying just the pin count on QFP's is *not enough* You
need to specify the pin pitch too. This means you should double check
that this is the right TQFP-100 package for yout.
