I am using the 20060822 version. Solder mask is visible
MinMaskGap(0.6,mm)
does nothing, the gap stays at the current one(which is actually no gap
because I reset everything via ChangeClearSize).
Thoughts?

Works for me. Two ideas:
1. Do you have the solder mask layer visible?
2. Do you have an old version of pcb that doesn't have the MinMaskGap
action?
