The polygon is cut into many polygons, such that there are no "holes" that need to be erased.
So some of your polygons overlap? I'm probably making a bigger deal out of this than I need to: I just have this board that I helped redesign in PCB, and I want to make sure it's "right" before I get it printed (so I can test it). Thanks, Jeremy
