Yes of course. geda is currently one of the easiest packages to build. Are you creating any other packages for Fedora? I've currently two main topics: electronic programms and math programms. There are two repositories I'm contributing to: http://software.opensuse.org/download/home:/werner2101/openSUSE_10.2/repodata/ (testing and gEDA, misc) and http://software.opensuse.org/download/science/openSUSE_10.2/repodata/ (octave, scipy, maxima, ...) I think I will move geda to the second (more official) repo soon.
