We can make round ended track pins now...  not an oval, but in a pinch,
for prototype purposes, and ready to do now, we can also superimpose pads
and give them the same number and they are "as one" -- allowing a lumpy
semmi oval pad to be created today.

Have you seen DJ's plugin for teardrop track ends in PCB?  I bet there's
not too far to go with that plugin as a starting point to get smooth oval 
pins...
