Why all symbols geda is shipped with are so huge? For example, an
NMOS4 symbol in an asic library is 16mm wide and 26mm high when
printed without scaling.

I can force a scaling factor by using a different title frame (e.g. A2
instead of A4), or by not using frames at all. But:
- this is a hack,
- all attributes and annotations soon become unreadable.
