Of course, I should think about it myself :-). I'm running gentoo linux with gtk+ 2.12.10. PCB compiled from CVS. I have Radeon 9250 graphics card with dri enabled. As I remember I always (from when I started using gEDA - few months ago) have a felling that PCB works slower then other apps, however I becomes annoying yesterday when I started to design a really complicated board.
