Hello, It appears that in PCB the DRC check for minimum annular ring is different for pins and vias. For pins the equation for not passing is:
Pad - Hole < 2 * Ring For via it is: Pad - Hole < Ring Thus when the minimum annular ring is 20 mils, a via with size 30 / 10 mils will pass, but a pin will not. Is this intentional?
